Commanding excellent views of the Blyde River Canyon – the 3rd largest canyon in the world – and ‘Three Rondavels’, this Resort is situated on the escarpment, 160km north of Nelspruit.

It is the ideal base for hiking trails and scenic trips by car to well-known Mpumalanga locations, including Pilgrim’s Rest.

Blyde River Canyon is a breathtaking gorge, one of South Africa's scenic wonders. Its scenery is unsurpassed, its vegetation both varied and lush and the rich selection of birdlife includes a breeding colony of the rare bald ibis.

Wildlife in the canyon area is as varied as the habitats. There are mountain reedbuck on the escarpment, dassies on the canyon walls, hippo and crocodile in the Blyde Dam, and impala, kudu, blue wildebeest, waterbuck and zebra on the Lowveld plain near the canyon's mouth.

Chalet SCS4 (Maximum 4 persons).
Standard type, two bedroom chalet with two single beds in each bedroom and air-conditioning in one. Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and breakfast nook.
These chalets are equipped with televisions with limited DSTV channels. Carport, patio and barbeque ( No lounge, shower)

Chalet SCD5 (Maximum 5 persons)
Standard 2-bedroom chalet with a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the remaining bedroom. Television with DSTV channels in lounge / dining area. NON-standard bed for a person under 10 years. Bathroom with bath & shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge. Carport, patio & barbeque area.

Chalet LCD2 / LCS2 (Maximum 2 persons)
Luxury Chalet with one bedroom with one double bed (or 2 single beds), air-conditioning, television (limited DSTV channels) and two tub chairs. Bathroom with bath, toilet and shower Kitchen: fully equipped- 2-plate stove (no oven), microwave, fridge, breakfast nook Carport, patio and barbeque.

Chalet LCS4 (Maximum 4 persons)
Luxury chalet with two bedrooms with two single beds in each. One bedroom with air-conditioning. Bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4- plate stove (no oven), microwave, fridge and a breakfast nook.
The chalet also has a television with limited DSTV channels, carport, patio and barbeque.

Chalet LCD4 (Maximum 4 persons)
Chalet with two bedrooms. Main bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning. Second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower and seperate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-plate stove (no oven), microwave and a fridge.

The open-plan living area has air-conditioning, a dining room table with four chairs, a couch, two tub chairs, television (with limited DSTV channels), patio and barbeque.
