Sabaan is situated on a family owned farm located in the picturesque Sabie River Valley. The Resort has 23 fully equipped, affordable self catering chalets, accommodating from 2 to 8 people in various sized units, all with own braai facilities.

Chalets are not equipped with TV, but there is a communal TV hall with DStv

Internet facilities are available by Arrangement.

The resort has a tennis court, a large crystal clear swimming pool, games room and snooker room, volley ball, kiddies play park, trampolines, a jungle Jim, swings and slide.

There is a large lapa available for large groups, family groups and corporate groups with braai facilities and communal kitchen for hire at a nominal fee.

Within easy reach are a large variety of very good restaurants to visit, an operating coffee farm, a choice of golf courses, elephant sanctuaries, riding stables, Reptile Park, shopping malls and many more options

There are 3 entrance gates to the Kruger National Park within 30 to 40 minutes drive from the resort.

Night drives to the Kruger National Park are arranged provided there are sufficient numbers.

Various wildlife rehabilitation centres are also within a comfortable day visit drive and include the Kapama Cheetah breeding project and rehabilitation Centre, Mholoholo Rehabilitation Centre for the big cats, raptors, antelope and many more injured and wounded animals and birds.

Also within easy reach are all the Panorama waterfalls such as Lisbon Falls, Mac Mac, Bridal Veil, Horseshoe and many more, God's Window, Pilgrims Rest, Blyde River Canyon (3rd largest in the world), Sabie, Grasskop, and Bourke's Luck Potholes etc.

Airport transfers can be arranged if necessary.

Adventure activities include geckoing ( a small inflatable rubber craft steered by hand) on the upper Sabie River for the less adventurous, rafting on the lower reaches of the Sabie River and kloofing for the adrenalin fraternity, quad bike trails, an aerial cableway (longest in Africa), micro light flights, hot air ballooning and many more.
