The Guest Lodge
The Club has a beautiful Guest Lodge with 40 standard rooms, 2 standard suites and 1 executive suite. All rooms are very spacious, fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. Catering for businessmen, sports groups and family break-aways. The verandas have seating and braai facilities. Rooms are equipped with a Television, Dstv Decoder, Bar Fridge and kettle with morning beverages.

Families are most welcome and children can amuse themselves on our spacious grounds. Lodge Guests automatically become Temporary Members of the Country Club for the duration of their stay and therefore qualify for all the discounts offered to our members.

The Lodge is situated next to the 1st Fairway with all rooms having a view of the Golf Course. The Main Clubhouse is a short 100 meter walk away.

Dining
The club’s restaurant, “The Country Inn” serves a variety of breakfasts from 06h30 to 11h30 daily. Buffet breakfast is available from 06h30 to 09h30. A la Carte Luncheons and Dinners are served in the restaurant and main bar daily. The restaurant offers catering services for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or for what ever your needs may be.

Conferences & Weddings
With 5 highly rated Conference Facilities we can offer our members, guests and visitors an exceptional and professional venue for functions, meetings and seminars with conferencing equipment available on site. The smallest of all our Function Venues is the Roofers Bar, situated on top of the Golf Shop, this venue has the most beautiful 180 degrees view of the Golf Course and is the perfect venue for small intimate functions.

The Clubhouse
The clubhouse offers a variety of entertainment venues which include the Main Bar with Big Screen LCD Televisions, 2 Snooker Tables, 2 Pool Tables, 2 Dartboards and 5 Gaming Machines for those more adventurous.

The bar veranda offers a picturesque view of the 18th Green and is the perfect place to relax. Live entertainment is avalable in the bar every Friday and Wednesday evening. No persons under 18 are allowed into the gaming area or is allowed to be seated at the bar counter or counter tables. The dress code is smart casual

The Golf Course
The 18 hole Golf Course, host to the 2005 South African Country Districts Championships,
and 2007 S.A. Girls championships, offers a challenging round of golf with sloping kikuyu fairways, bent grass / true putt greens and veldgrass rough. During the 70’s Gary Player designed the 2nd Nine and opened it for play in 1974. The Golf Section is affiliated to S.A.G.A. and S.A.L.G.U. and therefore offers all affiliated members reasonable playing fees. We have reciprocal arrangements with a large number of golf clubs nationally and welcome all visitors to our club. For additional information please see Middelburg Golf Course.

The Golf Shop and Driving Range
A fully equipped Golf Shop is situated on the Eastern veranda of the clubhouse. You are also required to register there for all golf games. The driving range with it’s intimate tuck shop is situated to the south and within walking distance from the guest lodge or clubhouse.

Other Recreational Facilities
The Tennis Sections
The Tennis and Bowls Clubhouse is situated approximately 50 metres from the main clubhouse. This clubhouse has its own bar, lounges, toilet facilities and a thatched roof lapa for braais and events. This venue is ideal for those private and intimate functions. The tennis section has 6 beautiful all weather courts and host numerous provincial and club events throughout the year.

The Bowls Section
The bowls section, certainly one of the biggest in Mpumalanga, goes from strength to strength every year. Visitors are most welcome to join them for a social game on Tuesday mornings. The more experienced bowlers can join them for a game of bowls on Wednesday and Saturday Afternoons from 13h30 onwards.

The Squash Section
Situated within the confines of the main building we have 3 Squash Courts which was refurbished in 2006. This section has grown at an astronomical rate in the last year, and entered 4 teams into the local league.

Playpark and Surrounds
Our large sparkling swimming pools are a year round attraction and the ideal place to relax, sunbathe or to have a braai. The pools are salt chlorinated and are therefore ideal for everyone. Children can also enjoy the playpark situated between the swimming pool area and the restaurant.
